Knabstrupper NewsDear subscriber Firstly congratulations to Raven Walters of LaRen stud. Her Knabstrupper stallion Sheik has passed the 30 day test with RPSI. So Sheik is now accepted as a breeding stallion and we can use him. Great job Raven and Sheik. Also congratulations to Ashburnham Mitchell and Atlantis and to Raven Walters and Sheik, they took part in the Sport Stallion Expo in Raleigh North Carolina Jan 5th. Both stallions aquitted themselves well and showed exemplary form over jumps. Great to have not one but two Knabstruppers amongst all the horses at this expo. Also congratulations to Skye Johnson of Palm Beach Gardens, she has been showing Ikaros (Ravaldi/Fleur Nørmark) and Frej (Congetti Lynghoi/Karina) in the hunters and the jumpers respectively. Both horses are doing really well and placing in good company. Way to go Skye. We can now join the KNN as members even if domiciled abroad. Make a note in your diary and plan on coming, it will be well worth the flying! AS I write this newsletter I am sitting under the shade of the barn in Florida where I am wintering with Cita and Xavoy. They are making the usual friends and fans that they always get whenever folk meet them. And they are enjoying the sunshine and warm weather (as I am). If you are around Ocala Florida come on by and see us. We are right by the HITS showgrounds. Yours truly, |
